All, I have about 10 laptops that exhibit this same issue, while connected locally from (inside the encryption domain and secure remote not running) my users connect to an application that reside in a terminal server, after a period of idle time (variable) the remote desktop disconnects and the user has to login back into the system, this is a nuisance since it happens all throughout the day. Please note that I have tested this without securemote on the same machines and it works fine. Has anyone out there faced a similar issue, help! Here is the environment IBM T40's with Windows Xp sp1 and SecuRemote R55, Securemote services set to manual on bootup. Thanks, -laz
