Hi, all Currently we use Mcafee E500 as http, https, stream forwarding device in our DMZ zone to access Internet for employees. Internally we use Blue Coat's proxy appliance to accept all the desktop browser's Internet access request and Blue Coat appliance forwards desktop's request to E500 in DMZ zone. In between we use CheckPoint NG FP3 firewall. It is OK for the setup until past Saturday when I swapped in new hardware and CheckPoint NG AI as firewall module. After I installed new hardware and firewall software, https stopped working. No https request can pass E500 to go to Internet. I called CheckPoint support earlier today. CheckPoint support told me that he can't find anything in their database about E500 or whatever the problem that we have. I am suspect that CheckPoint NGAI's SmartDefense is tighter than NG FP3. As soon as we put back the old hardware and firewall software (NG FP3), https started to pass E500. Do you know anything that can fix the problem such as hot fix, etc or any other Mcafee' clients having the same problem? Our E500 runs v2.6. Thanks.
