Basically, your logs say "you can't legally route packets between two
interfaces marked as external". Checkpoint allows definition of more than
one external interface, BUT blocks routing between them to avoid license
violations (FW-1 doesn't count hosts "seen" by external interfaces towards
license count)

To solve your issue, you should mark as non-external the interface you're
using for the VPN to your Cisco (the VPN isn't across the Internet, is it?),
thus your firewall won't be locked in routing.
