Hi all. I am having some trouble with smartview reporter since I did an upgrade. I upgraded NGAI from R54 to R55 and since then I keep getting the following error: ______________________________ "The Engine cannot read the log file from the Log Server, and will automatically try to reconnect every several minutes. For an immediate retry, restart the Engine using the 'Start' option." ______________________________
Has anyone seen this before and if so is there some way to fix it.
