After much searching through MS exchange forums, I find myself here

My problem is that some users when recieving mails as part of a distribution
list (outlook/exchange 5.5) do not see the contents of the "To" field. Now
my first reaction was that the senders are using BCC to all recipients hence
why "to" is blank , but it turns out they definately dont ! when looking at
the headers of the mail the following line is discovered

Comments: Original 'to' not compliant with RFC 822, stripped

I am running Nokia HA ip350's with NG FP3 HF2 but also an smtp security
server. I found these 2 posts on an exchange forum.....................

1) ""This a bug with the checkpoints SMTP security server stripping the
fields !, I see this behaviour as a bug in FW"

2) ""There is a bug with de CheckPoint FW-1 NG ... The SmartDefense has a
bug when it checks the RFC-822 and RFC-821.""

Im now pretty sure that my problem exists on the firewall and not exchange,
but how do i fix this

Any ideas?

Cheers
Gary
