if you are able to ping the remote server this looks very much like your VPN is up and running.
you can try to restart your firewalls on both sides and check if it works then.
are you sure the citrix-server is up and running?
do other services work (samba, etc)

Now I can't access the citrix server, the ping command works, all log in the smart view tracker are ok but no citrix display on the PC
I red few weeks ago a similar problem on this forum about nokia cluster and pix VPN. Please can you help me.
