Hi, It look like it's a SecurePlatform issue, I have moved the Smartcenter from SPLAT to Linux R55 HFA02 and every thing look fine. Checkpoint is working on a bug-fix for that have I heard.

Here policy compile fails for Edge profiles on a R55 with HFA01. And just like in your output VPN topology compiles and compresses fine. So far I've concluded that the problem is somewhere in the object settings and that makes fwc fail. But it isn't exactly helpful to go through hundreds of objects looking for a problem that you don't have any details about. Needle in a haystack or whatever...
