Yes, the default value in SmartDefense for ping packet is lower than what is hitting your firewall. I "think" the default was around 60 and Cisco boxes use 100 and the maximum seems to be 1492. I get these a lot, particularly the ones at 1492, but I don't care because I don't allow anyone to ping my firewall. I just let them drop.
