I do not agree. Feedback from the user community is critical for a manufacturer to be able to gauge user satisfaction with their product and support. A good company (which Checkpoint clearly is) would use that feedback to evaluate their products and processes and strive to improve them in order to maximize the quality of their product. What better place to discuss user support issues than in a forum such as this? Any possible improvements acted upon by CP would benefit us all, therefore is consistent with the point of this group.
