This is a standalone management+firewall, sync problem did not make sense to me, but if this happens because of speed mitmatch, that could make more sense,

If it is "fwlddist_adjust_buf: record too big for sync", then you are running out of a buffer. This is a known limitation with FP3. Try fw ctl set int fwlddist_buf_size 0x4000 to see if it works.
