My crashing problem is fixed but I don't have any reports or can't create any news once sine all the buttons are disabled. Smart Update shows correct licensing info and on the management tab also I see consolidation completed for many days and In progress for current file but on report generation or reports tab, there is absolutely nothing.
Any ideas?
