We are having difficulty in setting up Checkpoint Smartview Reporter, receiving a couple of errors. The Log Consolidator Engine cannot retrieve the logs (Standalone Configuration, run on the Management Server).
The errors is: Failed to retrieve the Log Files List, Check that the Log Consolidator Engine is started and try again.
