I had the same issue. Remove the stripping of "port strings" or "port urls" in the SMTP resource and push policy.
Sorry I don't have the exact instructions, but I'm not at work at the moment. This should be enough for you to find it though.

Whenever an inbound HTML(not Rich or Plain text) email comes through the firewall certain words ending in "ort" have an exclamation point added to them.

Not all words ending in "ort" are affected but several are. I've removed the resource from the rule and all mail arrives normally. I re-add the resource and the problem returns.
I would like to use this resource because it is very effective in stopping the "MHTMLRedir.exploit".
