The easiest way I can think of to do this is by creating a manual NAT
rule that is similar to the following:

Original packet:
Source: 192.168.0.0 subnet
Destination: Any
Service: SMTP

Translated packet:
Source: Original
Destination: SMTP Server
Service: original

I think this may be possible somehow using the SMTP Security Server. I
haven't done it, though, so I can't provide you with specific
instructions.
