Yes there is...it is still used the same way, i.e. Rule 0 = Global

Subject: [FW-1] Is there still a Rule 0 in NG?

I was looking at the documentation for NG and could not find a reference
to Rule 0.

Previous versions had a Rule zero.

Is there still a Rule 0 in NG?

thanks, Denise
