I would seriously consider upgrading to a newer version of Check Point
and utilizing the upgrade scripts that come with those versions. This
will get all the rules, objects, and users in one file.

Subject: [FW-1] Migrate UserDB w/IKE passwords from FW 4.1 to NG FP2 ?

Hi

I'm migrating my FW-1 software from 4.1 to NG FP2 on Solaris.

I've setup a new machine with NG FP2 installed. I know how to migrate
the rules/objects but I need to also migrate the securemote user
database. Is there a way to do this and retain the IKE passwords? I
really don't want to have to reenter passwords.

Or is there a way to allow a user to securely set there own password?

thanks
