Hi! I have installed Netscape Certificate Management System on Solaris 2.8 platform. During installation I have given Issuer name in Japanese character. Since my solaris server supports both Japanese and English so I have successfully installed the CMS. But when I am trying to get an end user certificate through agent service then I am facing some problem. If I supply only english character in the different text fields, it can issue certificate successfully but when I am trying to supply Japanese character on the text field (say Common name), then it failed to submit the request to server and it is saying 'Sorry, your request is not submitted. The reason is "Invalid Subject Name ....." '. I guess that there is something I have missed to configure the agent service, which failed to take Japanese character as input. I want to supply Japanese character in the text field to check whether the CMS issued certificate is UTF-8 encoded or not? Can anobody please tell me how can I configure my CMS to overcome the problem?
Thanks in advance. Regards -Pijush __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? New and Improved Yahoo!
