I am indeed refereing to seeing it disabled in Device Manager,
unfortunatly when I see this it is normally beacuase the user has
complained that they are unable to connect to the VPN.. & at that point
I see nothing in the logs on the firewall & the client complains that it
can't connect to the gateway.
