I don't know about the 330, but the 530 has mirroring.

Subject: [FW-1] IPSO and RAID?

Pardon what must undoubtedly be a dumb question...

We're doing a data reliability study, and it occurred to me that our
lonely little IP330 firewall is sitting there, 24/7, spinning a single
ATA disk, waiting for the time when that disk will inevitably die.

Now, I grant you that there's lots of things that could die in one's
firewall... But, that disk is rotating media. And ATA disks do indeed
just stop working.

Short of installing (or cold sparing) a second firewall, is there
nothing that can be done to forestall the inevitable disk failure? Do
any of these systems support RAID configurations? Seem like in these
days of s/w and h/w raid, there should be a way to mirror that disk...

Thanks,

Peter
