Hi everyone, I've come across a strange problem where I can't seem to delete an unused user group. I log into SmartDashboard in read/write mode first and check to see if the group is used and it says "The object is not used". I have even removed all users from the group.
When attempting to delete the group, SmartDashboard gives me the following error.. "Internal Error [11] while handling object <group_name>. Failed to remove references of object <group_name>. Please contact technical support." I've found a similar problem reported on the CheckPoint knowledge base but it's specifically for network objects (ie, error occurs when trying to delete a network object). Has anyone come across this before? I have a feeling the user database may be corrupted or something.
