hi,

do you want to use interspect in
* routing mode
* switch mode or
* bridge mode?

and why do you need a dhcp-address for the interspect itself?

in the mgmt-interface you need to define a static IP, in router mode it
makes no sense and in switch and bridege mode you don't need an IP
address on the interface ...

cheers
reinhard

Subject: [FW-1] InterSpect

Hi!

Is it possible for InterSpect device support DHCP address?
If the InterSpect network has dynamic IP assigment, how can I configure
policies to specific hosts? or zones?
I have not seen in the InterSpect Dashboard any consideration for DHCP...
Can this device manage users? how? Is it interoperable with Active Directory in
order to manage users? If the answer is "no", what can I do to protect zones
that have address assigment (DHCP)?

Thanks a lot

Ana Asuaje
