humble question, but do you have SecureClient running on the GUI Client? If so, shut it down.
It is a W2K box. Can you log in to localhost or 127.0.0.1? Did the hostname of the box change? Make sure that the machine name matches the managment object name. Check $FWDIR/log/fwd.elg and fwm.elg for errors. Search you objects_5_0.C file for duplicate Management server objects. If I think of anything else, I let you know.
