Hello
Try this;

1. Open SmartView Tracker
2. Select View menu
3. Select "Query Tree" view if not already checked
4. Double-click on the "SmartDefense" predefined query
5. Examine the log entries from this view and all relevant SmartDefense log
columns will be displayed including the "Attack Name" column.
6. Review the SmartDefense configuration settings and insure that they are
set appropriately for when a problem notification should be sent to the
SmartView Tracker in your environment.

Subject: [FW-1] Smart Defense rule 9980

Hi,

I'm getting some Smart Defense entries with no attack
name. They do have a rule number of 9980. The
service is http, and the source port varies. And no I
do not have that many rules. :)

Any ideas what this is?

THX,
Pete Goodridge
