No, the policy server is up and running. I've also tried to uninstall
and reinstall it after a restart (it's not a problem for me to restart a
firewall because they are in a load-balancing cluster) but it didn't work.
After the unexpected shutdown of Sunday we also find that the vpn
firewall started dropping IKE connections and we had to manually add a
rule to allow IKE_tcp and ISAKMP. I simply don't understand this
behaviour from the firewall and we are still trying to understand what
happened to our rule base during that shutdown.
