I use both. The ghost image takes about half an hour to create and about 15 minutes to restore. This depends, of course, on the size and number of your log files.

WIN: Use the export tool to take out al the files you need and do a ghost of the system. Have never tried restore a ghost with Check Point installed. It maybe works as well.
