Yes Robert, Cp fixed my problem with a patch only for the NGAI_HFA08 on w2k3 I don't know if the problem is fixed with other release.
But I'm sure that the problem is the same with r54 on W2k-Sp3. I made some test before contacting CP. - I found the problem on a Dell PE 6350 with W2k Sp3 & NGAI_R54 - I tried on a couple of HP-D530s (they have the same NIC: bcm5700 onboard) With NGAI_R54 and w2k-sp3 - And then I migrate the Dell (new installation) to the new OS & CP release: the last try. In the 3 case: freeze NGAI. First I opened a Ticket to Rainwall. They asked me the MemDump, they analyzed it and the result was: Is a Checkpoint Problem. I send all to CP and they given me the patch for the release I was using.
