If you look at www.checkpoint.com, you can find the sk26197

userc.C parameters can be modified to configure the behavior of
Securemote/SecureClient. To prevent users from disabling Desktop Security
Policy enforcement, modify userc.C parameter (located in
SecuRemote\database directory on client machine) called
"manual_slan_control."
