Just like you...I could not find anything on Checkpoint about a prescribed
method of backup and delete of the Checkpoint log files on the Management
Server.
So, I manually backup and delete them.

It would be nice if Checkpoint had something in the Smartview Tracker or
(SmartDashboard) to do this...but that would make our life easier!

Thanks, but that wasn't either question.

Does anyone know if I can simply go into the Windows server and blow them
away or is there
some prescribed method for cleaning these up within Checkpoint?

Thanks again

i think it's a good choice to keep log (burn on a cd) because some
country have law about this fact.
