Hi,
R55 is what you will probably want to go to. R55W is the Web Intelligence
version and will require a new license. R55 upgrade will not; your FP3
license will work.
R55W is _not_ the Web Intelligence.
R55W = some new AI (ex.: VoIP, etc.) + Web Intelligence
R55W _will_ work with your FP3 license.
WebIntelligence (only HTTP extensions) requires an add-on license if you
would like to use them. Note: the HTTP features moved from AI to WI. If
you used them in AI you won't be able to use them w/ R55W. (It is the
only lost feature at this point.)
To be able to get more featres you should upgrade to R55 and apply the
R55W add-on and not upgrade directly to R55W. (With direct upgrade you
won't be able to apply the R55 HFAs, SNX, ...)
