First of all migrate_global_policies script has nothing to do with the
changed IP of the mds - it will help you migrate the global policies. Please
let me know what problems you encounter.

I believe that only works if the new MDS is a duplicate of existing one. If
I want to migrate global policy to a new MDS (say different IP), will it
