To restore the rulebase & configuration you would need to run a utility of
"upgrade_import_exe" followed by the path of your firewall back-up files.

Hello,
Need to restore backup of firewall-1 Management station running on Linux
7.3
to another linux machine, can anyone tell me how to do that.
I copied the backup file in tgz format to root and untarred but could not
see nay rules even though resotre was successful.
