After some investigation it seems that my problems comes from the import of data of our production firewall. We have use ofiller and odumper to import and export our ojbects to the new firewall. Also when i create a new vpn user and give thim access to a group, during user creating time he wount show up in to this groups i must add hem manualy and there seems to be no relationships between user and groups.
