Only if they're applicable to your operations. I installed HFA12 from HFA08 without having to do any, as I recall.

Hello all, I'm going to be installing HFA_R55_12 onto a Windows 2003 SmartCenter Server. The install looks pretty straight forward until I reach the "special Instructions" section of the pdf. Do I need to go through and do all of these at the end of the installation of the hotfix?
