This is getting confusing - are you saying the firewall object has SmartView Reporter, SVN Foundation and Management checked? In that case, it will help if you make it clear:
Do you have distributed install or stand-alone install - meaning is your fw and management, svr and of course svn running on the same box or separate boxes? If the installed products are what you are saying on the firewall, then what is the output of the cplic printlic - please indicate the features output you get and clarify the point above on configuration.
