Hello all
We are SI in Ukraine and one of our customers approached us to evaluate FG on SPLAT R56 w/ HF12. I obtained the demo licence from CHKP and it installed correctly, prior to that I installed FG from rpm and recycled HF12.
However I can not see QoS policy tick box when I try to install policy. When I select Verify Policy option I see QoS checkbox and both rulenases are verified. I managed to add QoS tab. But I can not incude qos policy during policy installation as this option is not there!
Also I tried to delete QoS tab but got a message "can not delete the last qos rule". There is one default qos rule that can not be deleted. I googled around but found nothing useful. Perhaps those two things are connected.
Now I have license, s/w, can even create QoS rules but I am unable to apply them to FW-1. Perhaps I am missing something very obvious.
