It will be IPSO clustering, so I will need to add the virtual MAC to each of the Ciscos.

When you use a VRRP Cluster is nothing like Cam or multicast arp on the Cisco. When you will use an IPSO Cluster you must configure a virtuell MAC Adress on the routing modules and the access router from your provider.
