Dear Rajesh,

ADSL modem/router can be configuired either in :-

Nat mode
Bridge mode
IPOA ( IP over ATM )

If you have taken this modem/router from service provider , you need to
check out with them.

1) Are you able to Login to your ADSL router ?

2) Do you see any options of configuring IKE and IPSEC parameters ?

3) Do you see any option of configuring the remote peer ip ?
