I am replacing my existing firewall with a new box running Secure Platform. In the process I am separating the management module from the firewall module with the management module going on a Solaris box. Currently the management module and firewall module are on running on the same box. Can I import (using upgrade_export/upgrade_import) the config from the existing firewall running NG FP2 into the new management station running NG R55? I cannot get this to work as I cannot get SIC to work after the import. And I suspect it's broken othter things I'm not aware of yet. Do I need to install FP2 on the new box, do the import, and then upgrade to R55? At a minimum I need to get my users and certificates from the old box to the new box. Any help would be appreciated.
