The SecureClient  licenses are counted by the number of people authorized to
logon to the policy server (the number of users in the group). If all 25 are
assigned, then no, you cannot add the other five.

If SecuRemote would work instead, you could go into UserCenter and get your
free SecuRemote licenses.

Yes, SecureClient and SecuRemote both support certificate authentication.

Hi,

We will remove our RAS server for VPN access, at this time we have a 25
lic for Secure Client and the are all used.
The RAS is used by 5 persons max, can we install Remote client for
them, these 5 persons use it perhaps once a month, and does it support
certificats.
