The output is normal - so let me understand - you installed FP3 HFA325 first because you have a production box at the same level and you want to test how the upgrade goes, right? But did you create any customer/CMA at FP3 level at all? If not, I would recommend that - and preferably, you should migrate one, two three or five, ten (or as many as you think can provide good examples of your prod env) different CMA's from your prod to lab box before you attempt to upgrade to R55. Up to FP2, CP did not care if your customers had spaces in their names or characters such as %;@ but from FP3 onwards, these spaces or characters started to give trouble - find out if you have any of your customer names with these characteristics and I would bringing them over to your lab box, for example - similarly you can choose some of the CMA's with max number of rules or objects or some that have large number of manual NAT rules or some with simplified VPN rules and other with traditional VPN configs - this perhaps shd give much better heads up then just plain vanilla upgrading FP3 to R55.
