We're using SmartView Reporter R56 mainly for that information. Although it's pricey at a list price of $5,000 US, it saved us over $65,000 after six months of use.
How, you ask?
We're replacing all of our 20th century laptops and desktops. A laptop with docking station costs $2,200 while a desktop runs $750. Everyone wants a laptop, of course, and we had no way to quantify which users that already had a laptop actually needed one (laptops are designated for people who travel or use remote access on a regular basis).
Six months of logs later, we used SmartView Reporter and found 73 people with brand new laptops that had never used them once for remote access. At least 50 of them are having their laptops taken away to be replaced with desktops. Their 50 laptops are being redeployed in the next wave of equipment replacement. $2,200 - $750 = $1,450. $1,450 * 50 = $67,500 in new laptops that we do not have to buy.
They are not at all happy, but facts are facts. They are relegated to "pool" laptops if they ever need one.

Hi, I'm looking for a loganalyser on Windows, especialy for VPN information, like who was connected how long and so on. The software i found was always about protocols, statistics on everything except VPN.
