Good Day ladies & Gents, I haven't received a reply to my below email I cant find any solution Please help
I recently had a Nokia IP740 running Checkpoint R54 -HFA 410 crash Last week and was shipped a replacement Firewall by nokia two days ago. As normal procedure I restored the firewall to the last known good backup. When I tried to join it to a Nokia Active-Active Cluster. I started to receive this message being emitted by the new node and all the other nodes in the cluster. The error message = "FW-1: fwha_receive_fwhap_msg: received incomplete HAP packet" I did some research and Nokias Knowledge base have only reference to this error happening on NGFP3 and the solution is Please contact Support.
