Hi, If you have an smp system, the userspace daemons such as the security server will be able to benefit from it. If you require smp support on the kernel level (fw and vpn kernel modules) of Check Point you require a smp license.

Can SPLAT take advantage of quad CPU machine or dual CPU can handle the task? I don't see any bench mark testing on dual versus quad CPU box on SPLAT. Thanks. P.S.
