In SmartDefense, uncheck the box that drops traffic to known services. We had to do that because SmartDefense was dropping Outlook via VPN traffic to Exchange because of Outlook's bad behavior of using random ports.
Any chance you could point me to the place to do this in smart defence? I've looked 'everywhere' but seem to be not seeing
