This is an easy one (I think). 1) run the command "cpprod_util FwIsFirewallModule". The output should be 1. 2) run the command "fw unloadlocal" 3) run the command "cpprod_util FwIsFirewallModule 0" 4) repeat step 1. The output should be 0 this time. 5) reboot the machine.
