Check to make sure that the new vlan interface is seen by the firewall
software. The command fw ctl iflist will show if the new interface is
seen by the firewall. If the interface is not seen then yuo can enable
the vlan interface and do one of the following
fw ctl uninstall
followed by
fw ctl install
or cprestart

On the topology tab for the firewall object did you fetch the
interfaces or did you add it manually ?
