Hi Ray, The problem can be fixed when I restart checkpoint service (cprestart) in Smartview Reporter machine. But, the problem will be happened (such as: it can be open smartview reporter, but sometime cannot). Then, I restart service again. It can open smartview reporter. It seem that it is not stable.
Question: 1. Anybody know why cannot open smartvicew reporter util I restart service? 2. I have a license question for the below products: Two Management Console (HA) [Primary IP: 192.168.63.155, Secondary IP:192.168.63.156] One Smartview Reporter (smartview monitor bundled) [IP: 192.168.61.128] a. How to register license for both primary & secondary MC (what IP to register if I register central license)? b. How many reporter licenses should I buy? c. My Smartview Reporter is on another machine, 2x MC just install d. Reporter's log consolidation. Then, which IP address use for register reporter license? I've had it installed since the betas last Fall and it is rock-solid and the performance is dramatically better. Due to the database engine change to MySql, there is no way to take data from a pre-R56 version and import it into the R56 version. If you do a version upgrade later, you either lose all of your historical data or you need the old version and the new version installed and have to run separate reports. You do have to use a separate SmartConsole program to access it (the R56 version), but that's a minor point.
