>From console:
 
1) boot the device into boot manager,
2) type "boot -s" and then hit the Enter key,
3) hit the Enter key again when it asks you to enter the shell prompt,
4) type "/etc/overpw" and follow the instructions and it will let you change 
the password,
5) type "init 3" to boot up in muti-user mode.
 
That's it... you're done.
