I'm not sure what you mean by "dumps", however if you're asking for copies of the questions that were on the test, anyone providing them would be in violation of the test agreement and would risk losing their certification if it became known.

In any event, you can assume that the test material would be fully covered in Check Point's courses and books, otherwise there wouldn't be a market for them. Just study what you already have.

I found the Boson prqactice test exams (www.boson.com) to be very good practice for the CCSA because they prepared me for the way the test actually worked and I could time myself on how I was doing. I didn't find the CCSE practice tests quite as valuable but I used them both and I did pass both tests on the first try with scores in the high 80's.
