It seems that default mail size limits are still applied. 

   Did you install policy? 

   Did you try to restart firewall module ?

   Isn't there involved some CVP antivir with such limit?

   Check rule 46 and limits used in the objects/resources which are 
involved.

   Check if value of max_mail_size in $FWDIR/conf/smtp.conf has been 
updated.

   Check if value of apropriate max_mail_size in $FWDIR/conf/objects_5_0.C 
has been updated.
